Class Descriptions

Studio Yoga Classes

$8 Single class 
$48 Monthly/Unlimited Classes
$500 Annual/ Unlimited Classes


Gentle Yoga (Beginner-Intermediate 75 minutes) Individual sitting, standing, and lying poses make up the class. This class will aid flexibility, core strength, and balance. Class will include explanations of yoga benefits and knowledge. Some yoga knowledge helpful but not essential. 

Yogic Rest & Restore (All-levels 60 minutes)
This gentle class is focused on developing awareness of the Three Bodies of Yoga. Guided restorative poses are followed by a deep relaxation and rest technique that strengthens and restores our connection to the resting nervous system and embodied awareness. More like a meditation than a yoga class, Yogic Rest & Restore is an accessible practice for de-stressing and rediscovering peace.

Lhatso’s Power Hour – Flow Yoga (Intermediate 60 minutes)
Class will include 5 min warmup, 45 min Sun salutations, Warrior poses, and Goddess flow, with creative variations, followed by a restorative pose and rest with sound healing. One year of prior flow yoga experience recommended.

Donation-based Classes — $5 donation per class

Chair Yoga (coming in March 2018)
Chair yoga consists of sitting and some standing poses, all using the support of a chair. All levels.
