Classes are great, but sometimes one-on-one just works better!
I’m here to meet with you at our beautiful Breathing Space studio, to explore all the areas of practice that we offer.
Coaching sessions are completely customizable to your needs. See below to understand how I can support your practice and well-being, and then get in touch to schedule a free 20-minute intro session by phone.
- Explore any aspect of yoga: philosophy, poses, breathing, or meditation. We'll follow your curiosity to discover aspects of yoga that you really want to know more about.
- Explore your relationship to eating and learn mindfulness methods to transform your relationship to unhealthful eating habits. If you are struggling in your relationship to food and overeating or binge eating, mindful eating approaches have been shown to offer a path to positive change. This is a weight-neutral approach.
- Learn or refresh your knowledge of mindfulness and meditation. This session can be about philosophy, practice, or questions you have in exploring mindfulness and awareness.
