Mindfulness and Self-Compassion class will consist of teachings on mindfulness meditation as a gateway to cultivating self-compassion and kindness to others. Each class will include group meditation, a presentation, and discussion. No prior experience with meditation required. This class will be taught by Michael Stephens, a long-time meditation instructor and teacher. Class consists of 4 weekly meetings (a fifth date is included to accommodate any weather cancellations).
