Mindfulness Programs

Loving Kindness Group Meditation, Sundays 4pm – Live Online

During the Covid-19 crisis, Breathing Space will offer FREE online loving kindness meditation sessions. We’ll meet online in the Zoom video software to engage in mindfulness meditation and a contemplative guided meditation practice of loving kindness. No experience necessary. You will need a quiet spot, a computer or smartphone with Internet connection, and a comfortable chair or cushion to sit on. Practice will be 45 – 60 minutes total, including reflection time at the end. Sign up here to receive the Zoom link.

Group Mindfulness Retreat, Sunday March, 1

This is our first extended mindfulness practice session at Breathing Space. The morning will include alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation, a few guided contemplations, a brief silent tea, and time for sharing and discussion toward the end of the morning.  We will be sitting in chairs in the spacious Breathing Space studio.  If you would like to participate, please plan to arrive no later than 8:50 am.  If you cannot do the full three-hour session, you are still welcome, but you will need to begin with the group at the beginning, and then quietly exit during one of the walking meditation sessions.  This is a by-donation event ($5-10 suggested), please bring small bills if possible.

Mindfulness & Mindful Eating Coaching 

Check out our coaching options here. We can customize individual or small group sessions in mindfulness to suit your needs. Any session can combine mindfulness instruction and practice, mindful eating guidance, recovery coaching, and/or yoga (chair or mat-based). more info
