Cancellations and Refund Policies

Class Cancellations by Breathing Space

  • Periodically, class cancellations do occur for various circumstances or bad weather.
  • Breathing Space will post the cancellations to the Breathing Space Facebook page.
  • We occasionally will cancel a class 4 hours prior to class start if we do not have a minimum of 3 people signed up. The class cancellation will be posted to our Facebook page.  Please be sure to sign up in advance for classes!

Class Cancellations by Clients

  • You may cancel your class registration within the “cancellation window” (no less that 4 hours before the class start time) without penalty.
  • To cancel your class, log in to My Account and choose “Deregister” under the class you wish to cancel
  • If you miss a class that you cancelled at least 4 hours ahead of time, you will still have that class credit available to use at another time.
  • There are no refunds or class credits for cancellations after the 4-hour cancellation window closes, or for no-show appointments.

Refunds

  • Workshop refunds, minus any fees, can be requested up to 7 days before the event.
  • If a workshop or class series does not reach the minimum enrollment level of 5, it will be cancelled and we will contact you 7 days before the workshop date. You will receive a full refund.
  • Class series refunds are available up to 7 days before the start of the first class in the series.
  • There are no partial refunds for class series 
  • Requests for a refund must be made by email to breathingspaceholyoke@gmail.com.
