Cancellations and Refund Policies

Class Cancellations by Breathing Space

  • Periodically, class cancellations do occur for various circumstances or bad weather.
  • Breathing Space will post the cancellations to the Breathing Space Facebook page and on this website.
  • We occasionally will cancel a class 4 hours prior to class start if no one has signed up online. The class cancellation will be posted to Facebook and the website. Please be sure to sign up in advance for classes!

Class Cancellations by Clients

  • You may cancel your class registration within the “cancellation window” (no less that 1 hour before the class start time) without penalty.
  • To cancel your class, log in to My Account and choose “Deregister” under the class you wish to cancel
  • If you miss a class that you cancelled at least 1 hour ahead of time, you will still have that class credit available to use at another time. Unlimited memberships are not affected by class cancellations.
  • There are no refunds or class credits for cancellations after the 1-hour cancellation window closes, or for no-show appointments.

Refunds

  • Workshop refunds, minus any fees, can be requested up to 7 days before the event.
  • If a workshop or class series does not reach the minimum enrollment level of 5, it will be cancelled and we will contact you 7 days before the workshop date. You will receive a full refund.
  • Class series refunds are available up to 7 days before the start of the first class in the series.
  • There are no partial refunds for class series 
  • Requests for a refund must be made by email to breathingspaceholyoke@gmail.com.
